The process is easy and confidential.
You receive a friendly and heart-warming reception on your admission for treatment to our clinic. You would need to arrange your admission beforehand, although mostly, we do accept new admissions placed within 24 hours from the actual booking.
Referrals made by the client themselves, their family, colleagues, and medical physicians are welcomed. As soon as the booking has been processed, we'll make sure that our staff will be more than happy to assist you.
Once you arrive at our clinic the first step is to familiarise yourself with the clinical team as well as your surrounding which includes the layout of our facility. In addition to a schedule of therapy meetings, you will be given a welcome pack that will help you get familiar with everything you should know about Sanctuary Lodge and your stay here. Please call us when you cannot travel to our clinic on your own.

First 24 Hours Upon Admission
In the course of the very first 24 hours, we'll make arrangements for you to visit our detoxification specialist psychiatrist.
What happens here is that a complete evaluation will be performed based on your medical and psychological medical care necessities. A full detox regimen will be prescribed if required. This detoxification will then be directed and supervised under rigid official procedures by our healthcare experts.
The psychiatrist will emphasize any parts of your treatment where a specialist is needed and then make suggestions. It's crucial to us that all your treatment requirements are fulfilled for the duration of your stay an so we'll make sure that anything that's suggested or stressed is integrated into your customised treatment plan. In order to ensure that you are always receiving the best in healthcare at all times, our clinical director, counsellors and medical professionals will periodically and continually review your treatment plan.
Our hospitable employees will then assist you in settling in once your evaluation is done. We fully recognize that this is a very stressful and fearful time for most, but our staff is on hand to offer advice and reassurance at all times.
